Make Windows Genuine by a simple trick

Windows genuine advantage notifications occur when your computer hasn’t passed the validation test. The validation test can be failed due to being sold a pirated (non-genuine) copy of XP, or because you have changed your XP product key to a software-generated key, or sometimes it just happens for no reason at all. The failed validation installs three types of notifications on your computer: one on the log in screen, one log in timer, and one balloon. It also stops updates from Microsoft and disables your ability to install IE7 and Windows Media Player 11.

BEFORE

Right click your desktop and select new text document.
Open that document and paste the following info.

In notepad click <file> then <save>. For file type in the save dialog box
select “all files” and for the filename type in License Key.reg or whatever you want. It doesn’t matter as long as it has the .reg extension. Click save. Double click the file thats now on your desktop. It will ask you are you sure. Tell it yes.

THIS TRICK IS ONLY TESTED ON XP AND ITS WORKING 100%..I HAVENT TESTED THIS ON VISTA

Thank You Very MUCH!!!
I had a working key, but the last time I reinstalled, it said it wasn’t genuine. So I talked to a microsoft rep and they said I would just have to buy a new one!!!(like $200), this solved it, Way to stick it to the man.
